Ms. Webb is a founding member of The Webb Firm. She’s a former Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County who was promoted to a court chief, ran the environmental crimes division, was a member of the Brady committee and spearheaded the prescription fraud task force. Ms. Webb has a passion for helping those with addiction and mental illness. She is extremely well known throughout the community and respected by her peers.
Ms. Webb has her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and her B.S. in Political Science from The University of Houston. She’s highly involved in the Montgomery County Criminal Defense Association and is a past President of the organization. An experienced trial attorney
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Luis Baez is an experienced trial attorney focusing his practice on criminal defense and personal injury matters in Harris, Montgomery, and surrounding counties. Prior to joining Amanda Webb – DWI Lawyer, he was a felony-level prosecutor in Montgomery County, handling serious felony offenses. Mr. Baez was also part of the District Attorney’s “Vehicular Crimes” division where he investigated and prosecuted intoxication assault and intoxication manslaughter cases involving dangerous combinations of motor vehicles, drugs or alcohol use, and serious bodily injury or death.
From the early stages of a criminal investigation all the way through trial or sentencing, Mr. Baez knows the ins and outs of the life of every type of criminal case. During his time with the District Attorney’s office, he was able to try over 30 cases in front of either judge or jury. He also spent time training and teaching newer prosecutors the skills necessary to ethically prosecute misdemeanor cases, including driving while intoxicated and domestic abuse cases.
As an attorney with Amanda Webb – DWI Lawyer, Mr. Baez works to zealously represent his clients charged with criminal offenses and clients who have been injured or wronged through the negligence or fraud of others. He is an active member of the Montgomery County and Harris County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
