Fees and Payment Policies: Reasonable flat fees and hourly rates.
When we meet we will fully discuss all fees for your case. My fees are flat fees based on the services your case requires. I fight to win and I will tell you of any additional costs that you may want to consider for the best possible defense of your case. It is your money. However, I want to put forth the best possible defense to your case and will give you plenty of advanced warning about the costs that are needed in your case.
Of course I accept payment by cashor your personal check. For your convenience I also accept a number of different credit and debit cards too. All fees are not generally required to begin representation and monthly payment plans are available after your deposit has been paid for my services.
In any case, the initial consultation is free, so there's no risk on your part. And you will learn exactly what your rights an options are. When we are finished, if you're not convinced that I will be able to represent you to your complete satisfaction, then you can simply decide not to hire me. I won't trouble you again ... and you'll owe me nothing.
